Our Story

Jennifer Paul, the pastry chef and founder of Six15 Cafe & Bakery, began her journey 15 years ago with a passion for creating memorable desserts. Starting small, Jennifer sold her cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other treats locally, building a loyal following through the love she poured into each pastry.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in baking, pastry arts, and food service management, Jennifer honed her skills in some of Atlanta’s most iconic kitchens, including Bistro Niko, Alon’s Bakery, and Canoe Restaurant, where she became the Executive Pastry Chef at just 25. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been featured on Food Network, the AJC, Jezebel Magazine, and more, for her innovative approach to traditional pastries.
